I understand the gentleman represented Humana. Of course mother is now covered through UCare and thus his appointment was certainly not warranted. Perhaps he was simply doing what he thought was his job but on the other hand maybe he was going for an unwanted sale. Anyhow mother really appreciated you being with her and giving her the support she needed. Hats off to you Barbara!
